This medical service facility is located in a convenient spot on Rand Blvd Boulevard in Sarasota City. The building is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The restroom is also wheelchair-friendly. Dr. Joelle M. Angsten, MD is the co-brand associated with this facility, which specializes in pulmonology. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and organization of the office space could use some improvement. I didn't notice any wait times or long delays during my visit, which was a pleasant surprise. The facility has a relatively small waiting area, but it was tidy and well-maintained. It's worth noting that the doctors' waiting area could be slightly more private for patients. However, this minor issue did not detract from my overall positive experience. The facility is adequately staffed and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They were also knowledgeable about the services offered and could answer my questions. It's clear that the staff puts in effort to make patients feel at ease. It seems that there could be a better workflow, which might make the visits run smoother for patients. However, the staff did a great job in making up for it.
