The overall experience at Sarasota Medical Center is decent, but it seems that the quality of care is a major concern for some patients. Many reviewers have mentioned that they have had to wait for a long time to be seen, and some have even reported being dismissed by the doctor. This lack of empathy and understanding from the doctor has led to a negative experience for some patients. On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences with the doctor's staff, who are described as friendly and accommodating. The center's accessibility features, such as wheelchair accessibility, are a plus. However, the lack of transparency in communication and the high wait times are major drawbacks. One reviewer mentioned that the center's administration has changed and it has been going downhill since. Another reviewer reported being yelled at by the doctor and feeling mortified. Overall, the center seems to have its work cut out in terms of improving patient experience.
