I've visited the optometrist located in Building 407 on N Plant Ave in Plant City, and here's my take on the place. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty solid experience. The quality of care is top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who seem to genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Humphrey, the co-brand, is a welcoming and skilled professional. One thing I noticed is that the office is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp at the entrance, a spacious restroom, and parking lot all designed to accommodate visitors with mobility issues.Payment-wise, the office accepts NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it convenient for customers. The planning process is a bit more organized, as appointments are recommended to avoid long wait times. The working hours are pretty standard, with extended hours on weekdays, but closed on Sundays. The only area for improvement I can see is that the office could benefit from some more innovative features, such as updated technology or unique amenities to set it apart from other optometrist offices.
