I have visited Building 3231 on McMullen Booth Rd Road in Safety Harbor City for a medical consultation, and my overall experience was positive. The quality of care provided by the medical team, led by Dr. Giachino J. Tomasino, MD, was exceptional. The doctor took the time to understand my complex medical conditions and was very patient and kind throughout our interactions. The office staff was also friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I was seen at a time that was convenient for me. However, I did notice that the communication could be improved, especially when I had a concern after discharge. It took some time to get in touch with the doctor's office, and I had to wait a few days to speak with someone. This was an oversight, but the doctor himself called me personally to follow up and made sure I was doing well.One thing that stood out to me was the doctor's commitment to working with me to make important health decisions. He was very understanding and empathetic, which made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. Overall, I would highly recommend this medical practice to anyone looking for quality care and a compassionate doctor.The only issue I had was with communication and follow-up after discharge, but it was quickly resolved by the doctor himself.
