The location of this pediatric medical service is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, entrance, and restroom. However, some clients have reported issues with the reception staff, citing long wait times and unhelpful communication. Despite having appointments, clients have reported waiting for hours, which is unacceptable. Some clients have even expressed frustration with the doctor's office not being responsive to emergency situations. While the location offers convenient payment options, including NFC mobile payments and credit cards, it seems that the staff is not adequately trained to manage the volume of patients. Despite some glowing reviews, the majority of clients have reported negative experiences. One client mentioned that a staff member, Ana, was helpful and understanding, but this does not seem to be a universal experience. Overall, it seems that this location struggles with managing patient flow and providing responsive communication, which are essential for a medical service.
