I recently visited this ophthalmology and optometry practice in Ocala City and was impressed with the high-quality service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease during my appointment. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. The practitioner, Dr. Erin Mccabe, was professional and took the time to explain my options and answer my questions. While the practice has a slightly long wait time, the quality of care and attention to detail made up for it. One area for improvement is the need for more transparent communication about wait times and appointment schedules.
