One client, who was initially anxious, appreciated Dr. Penello's thorough explanations and willingness to take the time to address all their concerns.The appointments at this location are well-planned, and the office is clean and easily accessible. One of the clients mentioned that the customer service was top-notch, from making an appointment to checking in and checking out.Unfortunately, there is an issue with the billing. Dr. Penello wrote that 90% of a client's injury was pre-existing, which is puzzling as it was caused by a workplace accident. This may be a red flag for other patients who have experienced similar situations.Despite some issues with billing, the majority of the clients have had positive experiences with Dr. Penello.
