I visited a pediatrician at this medical service location, and overall, I had a decent experience. The quality of care was good, but I had a slight issue with the initial wait time before being seen by the doctor. However, once the doctor started examining my child, they were very thorough and explained everything clearly. The facility is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for people with mobility issues. The restroom and parking lot are also accessible, making it convenient for everyone. One of the things I liked about this location is that they offer appointments, which helps avoid long wait times. They also accept debit and credit cards, making payment easy and hassle-free.The co-branding with Dr. Benjamin A. Torres, MD seems to be a good collaboration, as the care I received was top-notch.However, I did notice that the reception area could be improved. It felt a bit cramped, and the waiting area was small.
