I was really impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Dr. Bee Pediatric Dentistry. They were all very friendly and welcoming, especially the assistants who worked with the kids. Dr. B was also very kind and patient with my kids, and he did a great job explaining everything to them before doing the procedures. However, I do wish they had better communication with parents regarding the insurance coverage and costs. Sometimes it felt like they were pushing for more services than were necessary, and it would have been nice to have a clearer understanding of what was covered and what wasn't. Despite this, I would highly recommend Dr. Bee's to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist, especially those with anxious or special needs children. They truly have a gift for making kids feel comfortable and at ease. One issue I did have was with the seating in the waiting area - it's a bit cramped and could use some more seating options for parents who are waiting with their kids. Additionally, I was surprised to see that some of the patients were left to wait for quite a while before being called back for their appointments.
