I visited this medical service location and was generally satisfied with the experience. The building was easily accessible and had a wheelchair-friendly entrance, parking lot, and restroom, which was great for those with mobility issues. The staff was friendly, but I encountered some issues with one of the desk clerks, Tracy, who was unprofessional and seemed to have an attitude problem. She made me feel uncomfortable and even threatened me, which was unacceptable. Despite this issue, the doctor's office itself seemed to be well-organized, and the staff was polite. However, I was unable to see the doctor due to Tracy's behavior, which was a major disappointment. Overall, the location has potential, but it needs to work on providing a more welcoming and professional environment for its patients.
