The interior design studio is located in a convenient spot, easy to access and find. The building itself is impressive, and the suite where the studio is housed looks professional. The website is modern and gives a good impression of the business. Unfortunately, a client had a disappointing experience with the responsiveness of the designer, which is a major concern. The client also felt that the designer was not transparent about costs and was overcharged. The studio's professionalism is a bit marred by this issue. Despite this, the studio has a unique feature of being a women-owned business, which is definitely a plus. It would be great to see the studio address the issue of responsiveness and cost transparency to improve the overall customer experience.
