This location is a well-established community-focused nonprofit with a long history dating back to 1844. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful, with many members praising the welcoming atmosphere and personalized service. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, with a good variety of equipment and classes available. However, there have been some issues with the layout and equipment being lacking in the past. The location is convenient for downtown workers, with a small but intimate space that feels like an extended family. Despite some minor complaints, the majority of members are extremely satisfied with their experience, with many commenting on the sauna and steam room as a highlight. The only issue to be noted is the occasional rude behavior of some staff members, which has been reported by a few members. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, and the location is a great option for those looking for a welcoming and supportive fitness community.
