This business location offers a wide range of services, including water heater repair, waterproofing, and construction services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience feel comfortable and hassle-free. Their pricing is a bit higher than other similar businesses in the area, but the quality of work is generally consistent with the cost. The business seems to be committed to providing a high level of quality in their work, as evident from the well-organized and well-maintained building and grounds. It's worth noting that the business is open five days a week, with consistent hours, which is convenient for customers who need to schedule appointments. Unfortunately, the business has limited hours on the weekends, which might not be ideal for customers who prefer to visit during their free time. The business has a strong reputation in the community, with a rating of 5.0 on third-party platforms. The co-branding with Douglas J. Shephard Inc. suggests a level of professionalism and expertise. Overall, this business location seems to offer a solid combination of quality, pricing, and innovativeness, although it could benefit from being more accessible on the weekends.
