This business location is a well-established boat repair shop with a great reputation. It offers quality service and is known for its friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers, even if it means recommending another business when they can't assist with a problem. The prices are competitive, and the shop is fair in its dealings. While there is no information about their innovativeness, their long-standing presence in the industry and excellent customer reviews suggest that they stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies. The shop has a convenient location, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. It is open for business on weekdays and Saturday, but closed on Sundays and Mondays. The working hours are consistent, and the phone number is readily available. The only issue that stands out is the instance of a customer who had a negative experience, where the problem with their boat was not fully resolved after a significant amount of time and money had been spent. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, and the shop has an overall excellent reputation.
