DogTree Acres is a unique pet day care and boarding service located in Wesley Chapel City, owned by a Black family. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. The working hours are consistent throughout the week, allowing pet owners to schedule appointments at their convenience. The service options available at DogTree Acres include onsite services, ensuring that pets receive personalized attention. However, some issues have arisen in the past. A previous client reported that their dog was severely dehydrated and showed a change in demeanor after being boarded. The owner of DogTree Acres disputed these claims, stating that the dog had a wonderful stay and ate most of its food.On the other hand, many clients have expressed satisfaction with their experience at DogTree Acres. A reviewer described the property as "beautiful" and stated that their bulldog puppy had plenty of exercise and activity. Another client mentioned that their dogs had a great time at DogTree Acres and seemed to love the time they spent there. The prices at DogTree Acres seem to be competitive, as reflected in the high pricing score. The innovativeness of the service is also noteworthy, as the boutique home boarding company takes only a few dogs at a time, providing a more personalized experience for each pet. However, the quality of the service has received some criticism, which may be a concern for potential clients.Overall, DogTree Acres seems to be a good option for pet owners who are looking for a unique and personalized experience for their pets. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential issues that have arisen in the past.
