This business location has received high praise from customers. Many reviewers have commented on the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who seem to genuinely care about the pets and their owners. The store is well-stocked with a wide selection of products, including natural and organic options. The self-wash station and nail trimming services are also popular among customers. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the store can be a bit pricey, and there have been a few instances of long wait times for grooming services. Despite this, the overall consensus is that Dog Perfect is a great place to take your pet.One of the standout features of this business is its commitment to quality and customer service. The staff are described as "friendly", "knowledgeable", and "patient", which is reflected in the high ratings for quality and innovativeness. The store's selection of products is also impressive, with many reviewers mentioning that they were able to find everything they needed for their pet. However, there are a few areas for improvement. Some reviewers have mentioned that the store can be a bit pricey, which may deter some customers. Additionally, there have been a few instances of long wait times for grooming services, which can be frustrating for pet owners.Despite these minor issues, Dog Perfect seems to be a well-run business that prioritizes the needs of its customers and their pets. The high ratings and glowing reviews suggest that this is a business that is committed to providing a positive experience for all who visit. One reviewer mentioned that the staff were "very over priced pet supplies, dog beds and toys especially" and that "the staff at the store on university parkway was extremely rude and impatient." This review highlights one of the potential downsides of this business - the high prices and poor customer service.Another reviewer mentioned that they had a negative experience with one of the groomers, Kristen, who was "having a bad day" and was "short and rude." This review highlights the importance of having well-trained and empathetic staff members, particularly in a business that deals with animals.Overall, Dog Perfect seems to be a great place to take your pet, with a wide selection of products and a commitment to customer service. However, there are a few areas for improvement, including high prices and occasional long wait times for grooming services.
