This location has its strengths and weaknesses. The business offers around-the-clock service from Monday to Friday, which is a convenient option for customers. However, it's closed on Sundays, which may not be suitable for everyone. The business seems to prioritize punctuality, with a commitment to meeting delivery times. However, there have been issues with delays and a lack of communication with drivers. One major issue is the trustworthiness of the company. A client reported being lied to about delivery times, with multiple drivers waiting for hours without being told that they would not be able to make first-come, first-served pickups. This lack of transparency and reliability is concerning. The company has a mobile app, which is a good feature, but it doesn't seem to be effective in resolving issues. The business seems to prioritize its own interests over those of its customers, which is a significant red flag.Despite these issues, the business has a competitive pricing strategy, which may attract some customers. However, for many, the lack of trustworthiness and reliability will be a deal-breaker. It's essential to approach this business with caution and carefully weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
