The location is convenient, and I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. One issue that I experienced was that my personal insurance information was submitted without my consent, which led to an increase in my premiums.
I appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff, especially Jennah, who was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The firm's approach to handling cases is clearly centered around the client's needs, and they seem to genuinely care about each person they work with.
