This shop has been around for a long time and seems to have a good reputation. With a 4.4 overall score, it's evident that they've been able to maintain a high level of quality, with most customers reporting positive experiences. The quality of their work is consistently high, with many customers praising their honesty and integrity. Pricing is also a strong point, with many customers feeling that they get a good deal. The shop seems to be innovative, as they're able to offer a wide range of services, including transmission repair, and have a reputation for being on top of the latest technology. However, some customers have reported issues with communication and customer service. One customer reported being told to "just drive it" when their car was still having problems after a repair, while another customer reported feeling talked down to by the owner. Despite these issues, the shop seems to have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and has a reputation for being reliable. Overall, this shop is a good option for customers looking for high-quality transmission repair and maintenance.
