The business has a wide range of offerings, including shopping, wine shops, beer store, restaurants & catering, cafes, and convenience store. The address is conveniently located at Building 5207, US-19 Street, Palmetto City. The phone number is +19417299366, which is available for customers to make inquiries or place orders. The business is open from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, and 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Sunday. This is a convenient schedule for customers who need to visit the store during these times. The business is also wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are suitable for people with mobility issues. The co-branding with Discount Beverage suggests that the business is part of a larger network, which could provide additional benefits and services to customers. However, the business is described as small, which may limit its ability to compete with larger companies. Some customers have reported friendly service, clean store, and great prices, which suggests that the business is doing something right. However, others have reported negative experiences, including being hung up on by the phone, not being able to get assistance from the staff, and being treated poorly by the owners.Overall, the business has its strengths and weaknesses, and customers may have varying experiences depending on their individual circumstances. The issue of poor service seems to be a recurring theme, and it may be worth considering improving the training and attitude of the staff to provide better customer service.
