This location has been consistent in providing excellent service to its customers. The staff is highly responsible and ensures that packages are delivered on time and in good condition. Many customers have praised the personalized attention they receive from the team, which sets them apart from other shipping companies. The address, Building 1324, John Young Pkwy Parkway, Kissimmee City, seems to be easily accessible. Co-branding with Directo de USA Kissimmee has likely helped the location build trust with its customers. One notable improvement area could be the pricing strategy, as some customers may feel that it is too high compared to other shipping services. However, this does not seem to have deterred customers from using the service, given the high overall rating of 4.8.
