This location, Direct For Pets, is a pet supply store that aims to cater to a wide variety of pets. They claim to update their inventory regularly, but the current quality of their products is unknown due to the lack of information.Their store is wheelchair accessible and features a safe and welcoming environment for the transgender and LGBTQ+ community. They offer delivery services and accept debit and credit cards for payments. Unfortunately, there have been some concerns raised about their customer service and handling of orders. A client reported being charged for an order that had not been shipped and not receiving a response from the store despite multiple attempts to contact them. It seems that they have been active on social media, but their inactivity in responding to customer inquiries is a significant issue that needs attention.
