This construction company has exceeded expectations in many ways. With a highly responsive and communicative team, led by Hugo, they have demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Their work is of the highest quality, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results that meet and exceed clients' expectations. The company's pricing is very competitive and fair, which is a major advantage. Their innovativeness is also noteworthy, as they have successfully adapted to various renovation projects, including major termite issues and Hurricane damage. However, there is one area for improvement: sometimes the company may struggle with minor miscommunications, leading to some friction points. Nonetheless, their final work is always top-tier, and the cost is fair. Clients have praised the company's professionalism, quality work, and hassle-free experience. Overall, DiPorto Renovations is a reliable and trustworthy choice for any construction or renovation project.
