I was impressed with the overall experience at BayCare Medical Group, where I met with Dr. Dimitri M. Tsalickis, DO. The quality of care was top-notch, with Dr. Tsalickis taking the time to listen to my concerns and address all of my questions. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and I appreciated his ability to explain complex medical terms in a way that was easy to understand. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at ease.The office itself was clean and well-organized, with a comfortable waiting area and easy-to-use technology. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the professionalism of the entire team. The only area for improvement I could see was with regards to parking, which was a bit limited. However, this was not a major issue and did not detract from my overall experience.One of the things that really stood out to me was Dr. Tsalickis's ability to connect with his patients and make them feel heard and understood. He was warm and empathetic, and I felt like he truly cared about my well-being. He also took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions, which was really appreciated.Overall, I would highly recommend BayCare Medical Group and Dr. Tsalickis to anyone looking for a high-quality medical experience. While there may be some minor areas for improvement, the care and service I received was truly exceptional.However, one thing that could be improved is the issue with parking, which can sometimes be limited. This can be a challenge for patients who have mobility issues or who are not familiar with the area.
