The business is located at Building 5914, Fortune Pl Place, Apollo Beach City. They are a reputable company in the construction and pool-building industry, offering a wide range of services, including construction, modeling, remodeling, sports and fitness, and swimming pool contracting.
Their website, https://www.differenzapools.com/, provides a user-friendly experience, and their features, such as wheelchair-accessible seating, restrooms, and parking lot, make them a considerate and inclusive business. They also offer onsite services and online estimates, making it convenient for customers to get a quote.
Differenza Homes and Pools is a co-branded company, which suggests a strong partnership between the two entities. Their working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but they are closed on Thursday and Sunday.
Reviewers have consistently praised the company's quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail. Many have commented on the exceptional customer service they received, with responsive project managers, polite and respectful contractors, and a smooth and stress-free building process.
Some reviewers have mentioned that the company's pricing is reasonable, although a few have noted that it may be slightly higher than other companies. However, they all agree that the value they received was well worth the investment.
In terms of innovativeness, the company has been praised for its use of technology, such as the Buildertrend app, which keeps customers informed and up-to-date on the progress of their project.
One area for improvement is the lack of availability of certain services on certain days, such as Thursdays and Sundays. However, this is a minor issue, and overall, Differenza Pools has received an overwhelmingly positive response from its customers.
It's worth noting that the company has had some experience with challenging weather conditions, such as hurricanes, but they have demonstrated their ability to adapt and deliver high-quality results even in difficult circumstances.
Overall, Differenza Pools is a reputable and trustworthy company that offers exceptional quality, professionalism, and customer service. While there may be some minor areas for improvement, they are a top choice for anyone looking to build a pool or engage in construction services.
