This business location has a number of issues that have been reported by clients. The owner has been described as being uncooperative, unresponsive, and sometimes even rude. Some clients have reported being treated poorly by the receptionist, with one client reporting being yelled at over the phone. There have also been issues with the quality of the properties managed by this business, with some clients reporting that the properties are run down and not well maintained. The owner has been accused of being money-hungry and of not caring about the well-being of his tenants. One client even reported being forced to relocate their business due to health concerns with the property. On the other hand, one client did report a positive experience with the owner, but this was a rare exception. The business appears to be open 7 days a week, from 8am to 7pm, which is a good sign for a real estate rental agency. The co-branding with Dick Martin Realty may also be a positive factor. However, the overall quality of this business appears to be a major concern. One issue that stands out is the reported lack of maintenance and upkeep of the properties managed by this business. This has resulted in some clients feeling that the business is not caring about the well-being of its tenants.
