The office is wheelchair accessible with a convenient parking lot and entrance. The restroom is also wheelchair accessible. Payments are accepted in the form of debit and credit cards, which is a relief since it saves the hassle of carrying cash. It's best to make an appointment, although walk-ins may be accommodated if there's availability. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of service, which could be improved.
