The building is easily found, but the cleanliness of the location is poor. The overall organization of the waiting room and the areas around it seems to be a mess. The entrance and the restrooms are wheelchair accessible. The restrooms were very clean. There were several specialties available, including Surgery, Surgeon, Hospitals, Medical clinic, Internist, Physicians, Family practice physician, Doctor, Dermatology, Dermatologist, Anesthesiologist, Allergy, Allergist, Medical Service, Other Medics, Radiologist. I went to this location with multiple issues. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate the overall quality of care I received as a 2. The main issue was not being able to get my prescriptions filled on time. The nurse called me to inform that my prescriptions should last another month, however, my phone had not rung, and I had to call several times trying to get to the office. I was also left waiting in the waiting room for a long time before being seen. The front desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. When I called to request a prescription refill, I was told that Dr. Paul Wallace was no longer working for them, and we should have received a letter informing us. We never did. Not a way to be notified. The quality of care has also gone down. All the staff used to be so happy and pleasant and now they all seem burnt out and agitated. I had to call multiple times to get an appointment, and even then, I was left waiting for a long time before being seen. The billing department is also inefficient. They kept billing me after I had already paid. I sent hard copies and emails to the billing department, but they kept billing me. I had to call the insurance company to get them to stop billing me.I was also left waiting in the waiting room for a long time before being seen. The waiting room was crowded and dirty. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me. I had to ask multiple times for my prescription to be filled, and even then, it was not done correctly. The location is well-organized, but the staff seems uninterested in helping patients. The billing department is also inefficient. The location has a variety of specialties available, including surgery, internal medicine, and dermatology. However, the quality of care seems to be lacking. The staff seems uninterested in helping patients, and the billing department is inefficient. It's a shame that this location has gone downhill over the years. The staff used to be so friendly and helpful, but now they seem burnt out and uninterested in helping patients. The quality of care has also declined. The location is still well-organized, and there are many specialties available, but the staff seems to be more interested in making money than in providing good care to their patients.
