I had a very frustrating experience with the Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group in Clearwater. From the start, it was clear that the staff was not interested in helping me. When I called to make an appointment, I was hung up on by the receptionist, who seemed to be in a bad mood. This set the tone for the rest of my experience. When I finally got to see a doctor, I was surprised to find that the care was actually quite good. My doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. However, the rest of the staff seemed to be suffering from a lack of organization and communication. I had to wait for over an hour to be seen, and when I finally got to the exam room, I was left waiting for 20 minutes before the doctor came in.The biggest problem I had with the Diagnostic Clinic was the billing and customer service. I was charged for services that I didn't receive, and when I called to complain, I was met with a rude and unhelpful receptionist. It seemed like no one was interested in helping me resolve the issue, and I was eventually forced to take my business elsewhere. The Diagnostic Clinic has a lot of potential, but it seems like they are struggling to provide good customer service and manage their billing process. Until they get their act together, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The lack of clear communication between the staff and the doctors seems to be a major issue. I had to wait for over an hour to be seen, and when I finally got to the exam room, I was left waiting for 20 minutes before the doctor came in. This lack of communication also led to errors in my billing, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration.I hope that the Diagnostic Clinic will take my feedback to heart and make some changes to improve their service. Until then, I would recommend looking elsewhere for medical care.
