This DHL Service Point in St. Petersburg seems to offer a solid experience for its customers. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, as seen in many positive reviews. The service is quite fast, and customers appreciate the convenience of having their packages delivered or shipped out quickly. However, there is an issue with inconsistent working hours, as reported by one customer. The sign outside the building could be improved for better visibility from the street, as another customer suggested. Overall, this location provides good quality service, but some issues need to be addressed to make it even better. The prices are quite competitive, and many customers appreciate the cost-effectiveness of using this DHL location. Unfortunately, there isn't enough information available to assess its innovativeness. Despite the small issues, this location seems to be a reliable choice for those in need of shipping and delivery services.
