This storage facility has a well-rounded experience, with average to high scores across all categories. The quality of service seems to be consistent, with multiple reviewers mentioning friendly and helpful staff, particularly Luis. Pricing appears to be competitive, with many reviewers feeling that they received good value for their money. Innovativeness is also high, as the facility offers a range of services and amenities, including on-site parking and a variety of storage unit options. However, one issue has been highlighted by some reviewers, including problems with accessing their units and poor customer service when issues arise. This suggests that the facility could improve in terms of reliability and responsiveness to customer needs.Despite this, many reviewers have had positive experiences, praising the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and the ease of use of the storage units. Overall, this facility seems to be a good option for those looking for secure and convenient storage, but may require some improvement in terms of reliability and customer service.
