This location is a great place to visit for all your floral and gift needs. DESIGNS BY LAKELAND, a small business, offers a wide range of services, including on-site services, in-store shopping, in-store pickup, and delivery. The store is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance suitable for people with mobility issues.
The employees here provide excellent customer service, as seen in the reviews from satisfied customers. They are quick to respond and deliver fresh flowers that look stunning. The variety of flowers and arrangements available makes it easy to find the perfect gift for any occasion.
However, there seems to be some confusion about the physical location of the business. After reviewing the information, it appears that the store is not always open as expected. The business is closed on Sundays, which may not be suitable for people who need their services on that day.
Additionally, the store's hours may not be clearly marked, which can cause inconvenience for customers who arrive during off-hours. It would be beneficial for the business to improve communication about their operating hours to avoid any confusion.
In terms of pricing, the store is competitive and offers a range of options to suit different budgets. The use of debit and credit cards as payment methods makes it convenient for customers to make purchases.
Overall, DESIGNS BY LAKELAND is a great destination for those seeking quality flowers and gift services in Winter Haven, FL. However, they should work on clarifying their hours of operation to avoid any inconvenience for their customers.
