I was pleased with the dentist's professionalism and the care provided by the staff, including the hygienist. They were all friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The office was clean and well-organized, and the technology used was up-to-date. However, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning I received, as I still had some issues with plaque and tartar after the appointment. Additionally, I was a bit taken aback by the initial billing process, which seemed to try to upsell me on additional services. Overall, I would give the dentist 4 out of 5 stars, with the main drawback being the initial billing process.
