I had a very good experience at Dental Associates of Florida in Brandon City. The facility is clean and well-organized, with friendly staff at the front desk who were able to check me in quickly. The waiting area is comfortable, with a variety of seating options and amenities such as a restroom and magazines to read. I was seen by Dr. MacInnes, who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment options to me. The dental hygienists, including GiGi, were also very skilled and gentle during my cleaning. The office staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the doctor and hygienists were able to answer all of my questions and make me feel at ease.
The biggest advantage of this dental office is the exceptional customer service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they make a real effort to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. They are also very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and concerns.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the office was a bit busy, and I had to wait for a short period of time before being seen. However, the staff did a good job of communicating with me and letting me know that I would be seen soon.
