I recently had the opportunity to review the business located at Building 3595, 118th Ave N Street, Clearwater City, specializing in commercial demolition and residential services in Tampa Bay, FL. The construction site was easily accessible due to a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, which is a great feature for visitors with disabilities. However, the business has received some negative feedback from clients. Some of the concerns include a lack of consideration for the surrounding community, with trucks blocking roads and parking spots, and loud engines running for extended periods, causing disturbance and pollution. One client reported an incident where the company's workers yelled at a young girl, resulting in a police visit. Additionally, there have been reports of inconsiderate behavior from the company's workers, such as blocking private property and disregarding requests to shut off engines. Despite these concerns, the business has also received a positive review from a client who mentioned that the company was working on the "other guy's driveway" instead of theirs. However, this positive review seems isolated and doesn't address the significant issues raised by other clients. Overall, the business seems to struggle with providing a considerate and respectful experience for its neighbors and the environment. There are some concerns regarding the business's impact on the surrounding community and the environment. It appears that the company needs to improve its working methods to minimize disruptions and ensure a positive experience for its clients and the community.
