This business location offers a convenient combination of services for boat owners and visitors. The on-site parking is a valuable feature, making it easy to access the premises. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance are also noteworthy, providing an inclusive environment for all visitors. The Demens Landing Boat Ramp, which shares the location, allows for easy boat launch and fishing opportunities. The area also features a playground, making it a great spot for families with kids. The ambiance of the location is vibrant, with various events and performances, such as live music and stage shows, like Mama Mia, taking place on the premises. However, a notable challenge is the limited space for trailers, particularly for longer vehicles, which may require some extra maneuvering to navigate the parking area safely.
