Delta Credit Restoration is a reliable and trustworthy credit counseling service. The business is LGBTQ+ friendly and identifies as Black-owned, which is a significant plus. However, there have been instances of unresponsiveness from staff, which may deter some clients. Nevertheless, the quality of service is generally high, with many clients reporting significant improvements in their credit scores and financial stability. The pricing seems to be competitive, with some clients noting that the cost was worth the benefits received. One area for improvement is innovativeness, as some clients have expressed that the service could benefit from more modern and creative approaches to credit counseling. Overall, Delta Credit Restoration is a solid choice for those seeking credit counseling services, but it's essential to be aware of potential limitations. The business's strong points include its commitment to transparency, professionalism, and customer service.
