This location provides medical services, including speech pathology, in a wheelchair-accessible building. The address is Building 1501 on Pasadena Ave S Street in South Pasadena City, and the phone number is +17273417507. The facility features a restroom and is wheelchair accessible in all areas, including the parking lot and entrance. Delaram Fatemi MD is associated with this location. The medical professionals here, including the doctors, seem to be skilled and caring, making the experience of visiting a child pleasant and efficient. However, the customer service at the front desk is a major concern. Two medical assistants were described as being extremely unprofessional, using rude attitudes and language towards patients. There is a need for improvement in the way staff interacts with visitors, especially at the front desk. This could be achieved by providing training on customer service and ensuring that all staff members are aware of the importance of treating patients with respect and kindness. Despite the issues with the front desk staff, the medical professionals and facilities at this location are well-regarded, making it a viable option for those seeking medical services.
