I've been renting an apartment at Delano at Cypress Creek for a few years now, and my overall experience has been decent. The complex is clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and nice amenities like a pool and gym. However, the quality of the apartments themselves could be better - I've had some issues with noise from neighbors and the walls are a bit thin. On the plus side, the pricing is very competitive, and the location is convenient for work and shopping. I've also appreciated the innovative features like the smart locks and online portal for submitting maintenance requests.One thing to be aware of is that the management team can be a bit inflexible and unresponsive at times. I've had some issues with getting repairs done in a timely manner, and the staff can come across as a bit unfriendly or unhelpful. However, this seems to be an exception rather than the rule, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.Overall, I would recommend Delano at Cypress Creek to others who are looking for a clean, well-maintained complex with good amenities. However, I would caution them to be aware of the potential issues with noise and responsiveness from the management team.The community is very peaceful and the amenities are magnificent. The staff is extremely helpful and understanding. The location is amazing, right by 75 and minutes from 275 and I4. I have had a few work orders such as leaks, and maintenance has stayed on top of them always following up and making sure the work was completed to satisfaction.One of the things that really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by Tolliver, one of the leasing agents. She was always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed.The only thing that prevents me from giving a full 5-star review is the occasional issue with responsiveness from the management team. However, this seems to be an exception rather than the rule, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful.Overall, I would highly recommend Delano at Cypress Creek to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Wesley Chapel area. The community is great, the staff is wonderful, and the location is convenient. Just be aware that there may be occasional issues with responsiveness from the management team.
