I had a mixed experience visiting the Community Health Planning and Statistics office in Bartow City. The location was wheelchair accessible, with a ramp entrance, a parking lot, and a restroom designed for people with mobility issues. I appreciated the attention to accessibility. Unfortunately, I was not able to obtain any information about the quality of medical services provided or the pricing of these services, which was a drawback for me. The office had a professional and welcoming atmosphere, with a casemanager on staff, Deborah Robinson.
