This business has become a Tampa gem, offering a unique and stylish shopping experience for women. The store's elegant and classic yet trendy clothing is a perfect fit for ladies aged 25 and above. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without being pushy. They take the time to understand what customers are looking for and provide excellent service. However, there was one instance of poor customer service where a staff member was rude and intimidating towards a young customer, which is not in line with the high standard the business sets for itself. The store is wheelchair accessible, offers free parking, and accepts various payment options, including NFC mobile payments. The working hours are convenient, allowing customers to plan a quick visit during their busy schedules. The business is small, women-owned, and identifies as a boutique. Overall, it is a great place to find unique and high-quality clothing, accessories, and gifts, but it's essential to be mindful of the potential for inconsistent customer service.
