The solution aims to reduce manual touchpoints and drive revenue growth. The staff is responsive, helpful, and patient. One thing to note is the inconsistent hours of the elevator - not only there was no information about the hours for other days than weekdays, but also no explanation was provided about working hours for various teams, which might cause some inconvenience in getting in touch with the necessary people.
