This laundry and dry cleaner location on Bee Ridge Rd in Sarasota City has a solid reputation with customers. The staff is described as friendly and respectful, and they consistently deliver high-quality cleaning results. The convenient location in a plaza and the option to use NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards are definite advantages. However, the store has experienced some issues with lost items, with two customers reporting the loss of valuable garments. One customer was offered a minimal store credit as compensation, and the issue was not thoroughly investigated. Despite these incidents, the store's commitment to quality and customer service has earned it a strong overall rating. Some customers have praised the owners' friendly and accommodating nature, which has set them apart from other dry cleaners in the area. The store's working hours, which include extended hours on weekdays, are also convenient for customers. Overall, this location is a reliable choice for those seeking a trustworthy laundry and dry cleaning service.
