This business location has a basic setup with free WiFi, parking, and an outdoor pool. However, there are some concerns with cleanliness, particularly with cockroaches and bugs in some rooms. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, while others have been reported to be rude and unprofessional. The hotel has been known to have issues with maintenance, such as broken TVs, leaky sinks, and malfunctioning Wi-Fi. Despite some positive reviews, the overall experience has been marred by subpar conditions and poor customer service. The business could benefit from addressing these issues to improve the quality and innovativeness of their services.
