This location is a bit of a disappointment, considering it's listed as a theme park and hiking area. Unfortunately, the reality is quite different. It appears to be a private land with a homeless camp, which is not what you'd expect from a tourist destination. The "trail" here is not well-maintained and is not suitable for hiking or biking, as evidenced by the two flat tires someone left behind. The area is also littered with trash, making it an unpleasant experience for visitors. It's not clear what activities are available here, but it's not a great option for walking or exploring. One highlight is the presence of Dawson's Trail, but it's not enough to redeem the location's overall quality. The issue with being a homeless camp on private land is a major concern, and it's a good idea to approach with caution.
