The location is a bit confusing as it doesn't actually seem to be a traditional publishing house, but rather a call center. The atmosphere here is not ideal, with people running the place who are not very trustworthy and are quite rude. Unfortunately, this makes it hard for the employees working here. On the other hand, the parking lot and entrance are accessible for everyone, which is a big plus.
