This veterinary clinic has received numerous positive reviews from clients. They praise the veterinarian's caring and knowledgeable approach, saying that he takes his time to explain medical issues and provides excellent care for pets. The staff is also commended for being friendly, compassionate, and professional. One client even mentioned that the veterinarian's office is the best in Polk county. Many reviewers have expressed their loyalty to the clinic, some even mentioning that they have been visiting the clinic for over 16 years. However, one reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the pricing, stating that it was "much too high."The clinic's amenities, such as the restroom and wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, are also appreciated by clients. The planning of appointments is recommended, and the veterinary clinic's working hours are generally consistent, with some variations on weekends. While some reviewers mentioned that the clinic is wheelchair-accessible, there is one instance where a reviewer expressed difficulty in getting a response from the clinic, which may indicate a potential issue with communication.
