The staff is also very professional and courteous, as evident from the CAT scan experiences of several patients.The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot, entrance, and restroom all accessible to people with mobility issues. The working hours are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays.While most patients have had a positive experience, one patient had a issue with the staff, citing poor communication and lack of follow-up. The patient had to visit the office multiple times to get a prescription refill, and even then, the staff nurse was uncooperative.Overall, The Advanced Urology Institute is a great option for medical services, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
