The business is located at Building 2800, Watkins Rd Road, Haines City City, and offers a variety of services, including pet stores, dog training, dog day care center, animal service, pet day cares, and dog breeder. The description mentions that Das Kennels is the only name you need to remember for purebred German Shepherd puppies.
Customers have reported mixed experiences with the business. Some have had positive experiences, praising the breeder's responsiveness, reliability, quality, and professionalism. They have mentioned that the breeder is knowledgeable, helpful, and provides excellent customer service. Some customers have reported receiving regular updates and photos of their puppies, and have been impressed by the breeder's dedication to the well-being of his dogs.
However, other customers have reported negative experiences. Some have mentioned issues with the breeder's honesty and communication. They have reported waiting for AKC papers for their puppies, which never arrived. Some customers have also reported issues with the health of their puppies, including parvovirus.
There is one significant issue that seems to be a major problem for many customers. The breeder seems to be struggling with delivering the promised AKC papers to the customers. Many customers have reported waiting for an extended period, only to be told that the breeder is still waiting for the papers to arrive. This lack of follow-through and communication has left many customers feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Overall, while some customers have had positive experiences with the business, the negative reviews and issues with the breeder's honesty and communication suggest that the business has room for improvement.
