This pet grooming location is a reliable choice for pet owners in the area. The high rating of 4.9 indicates overall satisfaction with the service. The staff at Dapper Dogs are skilled and provide high-quality grooming services, as evident from the numerous five-star reviews. Clients praise the friendly and personal approach of the owners, Monica and Conrad, who take care of their pets as if they were their own.The location is well-equipped to handle a variety of pet grooming needs, from simple nail trimming to full-service grooming. The affordability of the services is also a significant advantage, with prices being reasonable for the level of service provided. Clients appreciate the convenient location, wheelchair accessibility, and accommodating hours of operation. One potential drawback is the occasional issue with customer service, as experienced by one client. However, it appears that the new ownership has taken steps to address these concerns and improve the overall experience. The range of services offered, including credit card and mobile payment options, and the ability to accommodate walk-ins, makes this location a convenient choice for pet owners. Overall, Dapper Dogs is a well-regarded pet grooming location that prioritizes the comfort and happiness of both pets and their owners.
